Well hooray for me! What an accomplishment today! Not only did I find out that yes I can have bad days for running but I can have good days too!! I was able to jog 41 minutes without stopping and did my 2.5 mile trek!!!!! WOW, rather pumped about that. For some that may be very slow, and yes my jog is probably slower than someone else can walk, but I am hoping with all the extra jiggling the jogging does, maybe some additional fat will jiggle off too!---So far? Nope, it's all still there
