Hey I got  out and jogged two days in a row!  I marked out a 2 mile route and was able to jog a total of 16 minutes and walked 22.5 minutes.  Not bad for me! still have yet to hit that 20 minutes total of jogging!  I will try my 2.5 mile route tomorrow, and see what happens.   BJ, I don't know how you were able to do this running 5 miles so quickly!!
