Got a later start than usual and with an activity to attend, I took the 2 mile route and ran it in 25 minutes! Feeling good about that!

After a long period of not running, I am back to running again.
Yesterday and today I went 3.2 miles in 40 minutes (with the warmup walk
of 3 min.) I am also doing the hydration challenge at the office with
our team's goal of 100 ounces a day. Surprisingly last week I did it 5
of 7 days and am off to a good start this week as well.
I need to set a goal, just not what to set!

Another first for me!! Today I went to Ada Hayden Rec area not to walk around the lake but I actually was able to jog the entire figure 8 which is 3.2 miles with a time of 39.5 minutes. Now that is not a fast pace whatsoever, but it was putting one foot in front of the other! The wind was blowing the leaves and convincing me to keep moving....and I did it!

Well hooray for me! What an accomplishment today! Not only did I find out that yes I can have bad days for running but I can have good days too!! I was able to jog 41 minutes without stopping and did my 2.5 mile trek!!!!! WOW, rather pumped about that. For some that may be very slow, and yes my jog is probably slower than someone else can walk, but I am hoping with all the extra jiggling the jogging does, maybe some additional fat will jiggle off too!---So far? Nope, it's all still there
